Fondue des Affineurs is born in “La Gruyère”. It too inherits all the character of the Gruyère region, enriched with that of Fribourg, the home of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. It is made with no additives and also sold as a ready to use fondue, with a longer conservation time.
