The ripeners’ fondue

A half-and-half to delight the senses: a fondue exclusively made up of cheese of the highest quality. Half of this fondue reveals the strong character of Gruyère AOP, whilst the other half demonstrates the smoothness of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. This high quality is reflected in the fondue pot.


Grated at the heart of Gruyère: the ripeners’ fondue has its origins in Gruyère. It has also inherited all the character of Gruyère, combined with that of the Fribourg region, the land of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. It is produced without any additives, and can also be purchased as a ready-to-use fondue, with an extended shelf-life.
